Request Account Deletion

Submit a request to permanently delete your Invent Power Tech participant account and associated data.

How Account Deletion Works

In compliance with Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v) and Google Play Store Data Safety requirements, Invent Power Tech allows all users to request the permanent deletion of their account and associated data.

You can request account deletion in two ways:

In the Mobile App: Open the app → Go to Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account.
Online Form (Below): Complete and submit the web request form on this page using your registered phone number.

Data Retention & Deletion Summary

Permanently Deleted:

User profile, name, CNIC, and address
Firebase push notification tokens
Active login tokens & device sessions
Loyalty tier progress & unredeemed points

Retained (Where required by law):

Historical installation & warranty claims (anonymized for product warranty validation)
Disbursed payout audit trails & financial transaction receipts for statutory tax compliance
